Refund and Returns Policy

Body Wellness®  is committed to providing our customers with excellent products and services. Please see our Return Policy Guidelines below.

 

What items are returnable?

  • Products must be in original condition.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Products must be unopened and not tampered with.
  • Any Product that is Nutritional or Cosmetic which has been opened is not refundable and all sales are FINAL.

 

What items are non-refundable?

Sample packs, free gifts, or promotional items.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.
  • Body Wellness®  does not cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy Guidelines

  • We have made our program virtually risk-free. Return any unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Need some extra time? Products returned between 61-120 days will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price.

 

Damage goods return Policy

  • If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing.
  • You must notify the Company within three days of delivery.
  • Pictures of damaged products must be sent to returnsBodywellness.com 
  • A replacement product will be sent out within six business  days of approval.
  • Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.
